On June 26, 2019, Ted Jackson was elected the new Chair of the Canadian arm of the Diamond Development Initiative. A university professor and management consultant specializing in impact investing, economic development, gender equality and program evaluation, with long experience in Africa, Dr. Jackson joined the Board of Directors of DDI Canada in 2011 and has been an active fundraiser for the organization. He succeeds Barbara Brown, DDIC’s founding Chair.
