Overview
In early 2019, Jackson and Associates was contracted by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) to work with development finance institutions (DFIs) in the Caribbean to develop gender equality policies and action plans (GEPAPs), to provide frameworks to support the design and delivery of gender-responsive products and services. Guided by the CDB, our four-person team will work closely with the leadership and staff of the Development Bank of Jamaica, the Development Finance Corporation of Belize, and the Saint Lucia Development Bank on the creation and implementation of GEPAPs for each DFI. Our team will also, jointly with CDB, facilitate a regional training workshop on gender equality policies and products for all Caribbean DFIs.
