Spotlight on Dr. Denise Beaulieu
2018 marked the 20th anniversary of Denise Beaulieu’s role as Senior Associate and Gender Equality Specialist with E.T. Jackson and Associates. Dr. Beaulieu’s work with us began in 1997-1998, as Deputy Director of our Basic Human Needs study for the Canadian International Development Agency, which was actually a series of sub-studies of CIDA interventions in poverty reduction, health and water in a dozen countries. More recently, she has co-led a series of evaluations of North American university partners of the Scholars Program of the Mastercard Foundation. She has also served as a gender advisor for the firm in West and Southern Africa, Southeast and South Asia, and the Caribbean. An expert in knowledge management, and former adjunct professor at the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, Dr. Beaulieu earned a PhD in management from Laval University.
