Overview
Jackson and Associates provided advisory services to design and deliver three courses in results-based management to the Project Management Unit in the Political Affairs, Defense and Security Department of the Ecowas Secretariat, based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Results
Using skills from these courses, Unit staff developed a detailed Project Implementation Plan, along with financial management and accountability reporting templates, for the CIDA-funded Institutional Capacity Building for Peace and Security in West Africa project.
The plan and tools strengthened the Unit’s ability to undertake effective project planning on a sustained basis.
