Overview
This end-of-program evaluation undertaken by an international and local consultant team documented results and identified achievements and challenges of CIDA’s intervention in the education sector in Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro.
Results
The assignment called for extensive document review, key-person interviews, site visits and participant observation at program events. The findings and lessons of the evaluation were highlighted in presentations to CIDA and post-program publications.
