Green Canopy Case Study Published
The Measurement and Evaluation Office of the Rockefeller Foundation has published a case study of the experience of Green Canopy Homes and its impact investing arm Green Canopy Capital, which build resource-efficient and affordable homes in the Seattle and Portland areas of the American northwest. The author of the case, Rockefeller consultant Jane Reisman, profiles the key players, ideas and achievements of this effort to apply theory of change to the group’s business and investment strategies. In doing so, Dr. Reisman builds upon a body of evaluation work at the Foundation generated by Ted Jackson, Karim Harji, Veronica Olazabal, Shawna Hoffman and Nancy MacPherson.
